Murco Management, Inc. is a commercial property management and development company in Fremont, California. Our work with Murco began in 2017 when we created an updated website for them. At the time, the project was focused on aesthetic design.
However, some years later, the landscape of website standards had changed. Murco's website wasn't compliant with ADA Accessibility standards, and they also needed the implementation of a few systems to streamline their office processes.
Originally, everything was handled in-office via PDFs and faxes. Not only did this take a lot of time in the office, it also required the customer to take extra steps by printing forms, filling them out, and scanning or faxing them back.
Additionally, the team wanted the ability to list featured vacancies and to be able to edit personnel themselves if need be.
With all this information in hand, we helped them with the following:
- An updated website design that is ADA-compliant
- The ability for tenants to securely enroll in ACH rent payments online
- The ability for tenants to securely fill out and sign lease agreements online
- Implemented a CMS (content management system) that enables staff to make changes to personnel listed on the website
- Created a function that allows them to list featured vacancies online
With these changes, Murco Management is now able to have full control over the content on their website, easily update it, and also save time in office and improve tenant experience.
